Frequently Asked Questions
Orders & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days (1-3 in Muscat, 4-7 in Dhofar, Musandam and Al Wusta). White Glove delivery takes 4-7 business days. Made-to-order and custom-size items add 15-20 production days, already included in the delivery window shown on your order.
Standard delivery is 8 OMR (5 OMR in Muscat) and free on orders over 300 OMR. White Glove delivery is 15 OMR in Muscat and 25 OMR elsewhere and includes setup and old mattress removal.
Yes. Open My Orders to see the live status - Placed, Processing, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered - and we notify you at every step by e-mail and push notification.
You can edit the shipping details from the order page within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as it has not shipped. If the new city changes the delivery fee we show the difference before you confirm.
Orders can be cancelled from the order page until they ship. Card payments are refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days.
Returns & Warranty
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, or within the product's trial nights if longer (most mattresses come with 30-100 nights). We collect the item, inspect it and refund to your original payment method or as store credit.
Custom cuts and made-to-order items are made for you, so they cannot be returned for comfort reasons. They are of course covered if they arrive damaged or if the wrong item was delivered.
Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3 business days. Card refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Warranty length is shown on every product page (typically 5-10 years for mattresses). It covers manufacturing defects such as sagging deeper than 2.5 cm, broken coils or seams - not normal softening, stains or damage from an unsupportive base.
Products & Sizing
Single 120 x 200, Queen 150 x 200, King 180 x 200 and Super King 200 x 200 cm on every mattress, plus custom cuts on products marked "Custom size available".

Yes, on products that allow it. Enter your width and length on the product page; the price is calculated from the closest standard size plus the custom-cut fee, and production adds about 20 days.
Yes - pillows, sheets, bed frames, toppers and protectors from the same brands, all comparable side by side.
Add up to three products of the same type and open Compare to see price, firmness, materials, trial nights, warranty and specs in one table with the differences highlighted.
Wholesale
Hotels, government entities and private businesses. Register a wholesale account, submit your company details and our team approves it - usually within one business day.
The default MOQ is 25 units per product, mixable across sizes and firmness levels. Some products set their own MOQ, shown on the wholesale panel of the product page.
Volume tiers apply automatically: 25-49 units -5%, 50-99 -10%, 100+ -15%. At checkout you can also place a bid on the order total; bids within 5% are approved instantly, bids up to 15% below list are reviewed within 48 hours.
Yes. Build your grid and request a quote; you receive a PDF offer with pricing, lead times and payment terms, valid for 14 days.
Cash on delivery, bank transfer and, for accepted quotes, the payment terms printed on the quote.
Account & Payment
Cash on delivery across Egypt and credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza) through our secure payment partner. Wholesale customers can also pay by bank transfer.
Card details never touch our servers - payments are processed by a PCI-DSS certified gateway and confirmed to us by a signed webhook.
Enter the code in your cart or at checkout. One code per order; the discount, minimum order and expiry are validated instantly and shown in the order summary.
Use "Forgot password" on the login page; we e-mail you a one-time code valid for 10 minutes to set a new one.
