This policy explains what personal data eMattress collects, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Account details: name, e-mail, phone, addresses.
- Orders and payments: what you bought, delivery details, payment status (card numbers never reach our servers).
- Usage: pages viewed, searches, Bed Match answers and comparisons, to improve recommendations.
- Device tokens, only if you enable push notifications in the app.
How we use it
To fulfil and deliver orders, issue invoices, provide customer support, send order updates, and - with your consent - marketing e-mails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with the partners needed to serve you: our delivery team, the payment gateway and cloud hosting providers. We never sell personal data.
