1. Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive the order number. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include 14% VAT; delivery fees are shown before you confirm.
2. Payment
We accept cash on delivery and card payments through our payment partner. Card orders are confirmed once the payment is authorised; unpaid card orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours.
3. Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates. Made-to-order and custom-size items carry the production lead time shown at checkout.
4. Returns and warranty

5. Wholesale
Wholesale purchases are additionally governed by the Wholesale Terms.
